Phase I

This meal plan is for nursing mammas and hungry papas.  It is designed to replenish the body of micro and macronutrients lost during pregnancy and child birth.  This plan will ensure you are getting the right nutrients for breastfeeding, balancing hormones, and fighting fatigue. 

We suggest adding Mamma Meals 24hr Bone Broth at check out.  

 

Phase II

This program is for mammas and papas who are ready to lose the baby-weight.  Yes that's right, dads gain baby-weight too!
